New Cocktails Drink Menu

We’ve had great fun updating our cocktail menu for the upcoming party, wedding and event season and we can’t wait until we are back out there with you celebrating the good times and pouring the drinks!

We can of course provide a fully stocked bar service for your event from bottled beers, ciders, champagne, prosecco, premium spirits and mixers and a variety of none alcoholic drinks – but it’s our cocktail list that we really get excited about. We have a fabulous list of cocktails for you to choose from, all freshly prepared to order with delicious fresh juices and garnishes. Classic cocktails

To our Classic Cocktail list we’ve added the ‘Dark n Stormy’ in recognition of the growing popularity of rum. In our version we’ve used Kraken Dark Spiced Rum, which is served long over ice with lime-juice, topped up with ginger beer and finished with a few drops of Angostura Bitters. The classic tequila drink of Margarita has also made it on the menu, served of course in a salt-rimmed glass with a lime wheel garnish (or if you fancy a Raspberry Margarita we do that too!)

Fabulous Cocktails

For those looking for something a little bit different you’ll love our fabulous cocktail menu. We’ve of course kept our most popular cocktails that include a Blushing Hugo, Mojito with a Twist, Pink Gin Fizz, English Garden and a Missionary’s Downfall to name but a few – but we’ve now added some new, fun and equally delicious cocktails!

There’s the wonderfully named Raspberry Beret, which just so happens to be our new favourite. It’s a sublime blend of Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, Campari, pineapple and lime juice garnished as the name suggests with raspberries on a cocktail pick.

Then there’s the ‘Naughty St Clements’ which combines the citrus flavours of Absolut Citon Vodka, Grand Marnier and orange juice, then topped up with lemonade and garnished with orange and lemon – the perfect summer drink.
